The German PropTech has announced the beginning of its international expansion with its arrival in Madrid, where it wants to transform the traditional real estate sector of the capital. Founded in November 2019, Evernest has developed a digital platform for its real estate agents that allows them to simplify the process of buying and selling a property thanks to artificial intelligence and data analysis, obtaining as a result more operations closed for higher amounts, improvement in the remuneration of agents, the management of a larger client portfolio and a greater their satisfaction.
Thanks to the use of its platform, Evernest has achieved digitize the real estate market in Germany and has become the fastest growing agent in the country, having doubled in size in just one year. In fact, it has managed to triple its income and the volume of transactions under contract in the first half of this year compared to the same period in 2021.
The company wants to reproduce its successful model in the main cities throughout Europe and has chosen as its first location to begin its expansion Madridsince it is a city that doubles Berlin in terms of the volume of real estate transactions, and where there is great potential for growth due to the lack of digitization of the sector.
The person in charge of starting the project will be Oscar LarreaSenior Vice President of Evernest Spain, who has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate business and among whose objectives for the Spanish market has been established to grow to a minimum of 150 agents in 2023 and up to 500 in 2024.
