the revolutionary seat belt for carrying bags in the car

It’s an invention that doesn’t seem like much but that could well revolutionize the daily lives of many motorists. The BAGO is a safety belt for… bags!

With the pandemic, many people prefer to order their meal and pick it up at their favorite restaurant. In the car, however, this can pose some handling problems: putting the bag in front of the passenger seat can indeed cause a disaster! All it takes is a sudden movement en route for the contents of the bag to fall to the ground. Lunch is over!

Simple and brilliant at the same time

So of course, it is always possible to wedge the bag well on a seat or in the trunk, but sometimes we do not think about it or we are in a hurry. There is now a well-regarded solution, imagined by Dan Stevenson. The BAGO is a safety belt for bags! It is fixed in the glove box and thanks to a clamp at the other end, the accessory effectively retains the bag.

It’s very simple, and yet you had to think about it. The BAGO creator launched his invention on Kickstarter, where he raised over $3,400 to start production. Shoppers paid $22 to pre-order their special seat belt. The first deliveries will take place in May.

If you missed the Kickstarter campaign, don’t panic, it’s still possible to go through the Indiegogo platform, where the BAGO is offered at the same price (but with delivery in June). The inventor should meet his deadlines: unlike other products offered for crowdfunding, the BAGO does not include electronic components that are currently very difficult to find.
