The software publisher, SaaS Ringover, manages to raise five million euros

SaaS software publisher Ringover continues on its growth path. You recently managed to close a new round of financing of five million euros with Bpifrance.

This operation, which complements the initial fundraising of 10 million euros carried out in January 2021, will allow the company to continue its growth in Spain and internationally. Similarly, it accredits its ability to mobilize major investors and financial partners around a long-term business project.

The Ringover solution represents the future of smart calling. It replaces traditional corporate telephone systems, adding advanced video, email and call center functions, all natively integrated with the customer relationship management solutions that every company is required to use.

Ringover is positioned as the essential axis between companies and their customers with its multi-channel solution. Choosing a SaaS model allows you to serve customers around the world, flexibly and inexpensively. That is why, with this additional funding, Ringover intends to launch new initiatives in many areas to evolve its offer, especially through the possibilities offered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), integration with collaborative messaging tools (Slack , Teams) or even professional messaging like Gmail or Outlook.

A company with a vision of the future

Ringover currently has a client portfolio made up of more than 10,000 references, companies that have chosen it as their contact center solution. In this way, Ringover’s revenues have increased by more than 200% in less than two years and forecasts indicate that this progression will continue to advance firmly.

Likewise, Ringover has embarked on a very dynamic expansion process that has led it to establish itself in different countries in a short time. Thus, at the beginning of the year it opened its first branch in London with the hiring of local teams, to later inaugurate its office in Barcelona and more recently in Atlanta (United States).

More than 70 talents have joined Ringover’s adventure in 2021 and this figure will be reinforced with the launch of an ambitious recruitment plan in France, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States that would bring it to cover 100 jobs by the end of 2022. In the case of Spain, it plans to double its workforce, to 20 employees.
