The United Kingdom is the new objective of the 100% Spanish digital services consultancy, atSistemas. The company, founded in the early 1990s and with more than 2,000 employees, has acquired the Scottish New Verve Consulting, specializing in Atlassian software and developer of its own products such as Crumbs, a customer management solution for Jira that they focused on in 2021.
With this purchase, atSistemas, increases its international presence with the opening of new offices in London – the European market with the highest turnover in the IT sector-, in addition to those already open in Italy, Portugal and the United Kingdom, as well as a development center in Uruguay.
atSistemas thus completes a feat that already culminated in 2021 after reaching record figures of more than 97 million euros in turnover, 23% more than in 2020 and whose figures it hopes to maintain and continue to increase with the purchase of New Verve Consulting.

New Verve Consulting was born in 2011, has 15 employees and has sales of 1.6 million euros. Until its purchase by atSistemas, 100% of the company’s capital was in the hands of Nigel Rochford, the company’s founder.
The plans of atSystems
atSistemas plans to debut at BME Growth at the end of the year through a listing of their titles, as he explained last summer, when the company announced that they had selected Renta 4 and Cuatrecasas as registered advisor and legal advisor respectively. Access to this capital market means a private placement of shares to atSistemas employees.
