The third beta of macOS 12.3 now available for developers

As the month of March approaches, it is the one that Apple would have planned release the next big updates Of all its operating systems, the Cupertino-based company continues to test upcoming versions of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS.

For a few hours, Apple has released the third beta, at the moment only for the developer community, of macOS 12.3, iOS and iPadOS 15.4, tvOS 15.4, and watchOS 8.5. The most important novelty that we are going to find in the next version of macOS is the support for the Universal Control function.

Universal Control was one of the main novelties that Apple presented during WWDC 2021, a functionality that has been delayed in time and that, according to Apple, is not scheduled to be launched until, at the earliest, the spring of this year.

Another of the important novelties that will arrive with macOS 12.3 and that Apple is currently testing in the betas, is the support for 120 Hz ProMotion technology in all system animations along with web app notifications.

What’s new in iOS 15.4

The news offered by the next version of iOS, number 15.4, can be found in support for unlocking the iPhone via Face ID using the mask without depending on the Apple Watch. Although this solution is appreciated, it comes a bit late, very, very late.

Regarding the operating system that manages both the Apple TV and the Apple Watch, at the moment there is no feature to highlightsince Tim Cook’s company has focused on improving the overall performance of the device and patching security problems that have been detected since the launch of the previous version.
