Specialist in luxury smartphones, Caviar unveils gold, titanium and carbon fiber versions of the Galaxy S22. Watch out for the bill…
Coming straight from Russia, Caviar is not a company like everyone else. The company shares a certain passion for luxury… and customization. It also takes the habit of hitting the headlines with its very luxurious versions of smartphones or consoles. It is back with customized variants of the Galaxy S22 and has something to appeal to the ultra-rich.
Caviar offers six very luxurious versions of the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Ultra. Already positioned in a premium segment, Samsung smartphones take on another dimension with these models made of precious metals. The most affordable model remains the Galaxy S22, which is priced at 5,980 dollars (about 5,285 euros) at Caviar in a Titanium version. The 99-piece limited edition replaces the glass finish on the back with this expensive metal.
Gold, titanium, carbon fiber and crocodile skin
The Russian firm does not stop there and offers other variants using materials such as carbon fiber, gold or crocodile skin. Thus, the Victory model uses titanium with a satin finish and crocodile skin while Drive uses black titanium and carbon. And if that doesn’t suit you, it’s still possible to opt for a Bird of Prey version (with 24 carat gold) or Great Gatsby to have gold and titanium in your hands. Finally, the most expensive version is called Ocelot and is inspired by the Art Deco movement. Count at least 7,140 dollars (about 6,310 euros) to buy yourself a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Ocelot.
Apart from these aesthetic changes, the smartphone remains the same and has a neat technical sheet. Remember that the Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra have been available for pre-order since February 9. The Galaxy S22 Ultra, flagship of the range, will be available from February 25 2022 while the Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22+ will be available from March 11, 2022.

As you will have understood, these luxury versions are aimed at a very specific clientele. They also move away from the basic design of the Galaxy S22 to meet certain expectations. With a phone signed Caviar, it will indeed be difficult to go unnoticed. This is not the goal of the company which likes flashy smartphones. In recent months, it has presented its variants of the iPhone 13 Pro or the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3. Each time, Caviar offers a particular design that does not fail to make people react.
The brand went even further last year by presenting a gold edition of the PlayStation 5. This amazing version of Sony’s console is obviously sold at an exorbitant price.
