Mele Quieter 3C Fanless
Within the Mini PC market we can find a large number of solutions today. This Mele solution has caught our attention, which presents us with a powerful and totally passive Mini PC. The fans are eliminated in this compact computer, something that can be quite interesting if you are looking for a workspace without noise.
The first thing we are going to highlight is the processor, a Intel Celeron N5105 of 4 cores and 4 threads working at a base frequency of 2.0 GHz and that reaches 2.9 GHz in Boost mode. This processor integrates a simple Intel UHD Graphics to take video and little else.
This system has 8GB of DDR4 RAM, about which not much else is said. We do not know if they are two 4 GB modules in Dual Channel configuration (it would be logical) or it is just a RAM module. Regarding storage, it has a chip 128GB eMMC memory, the same as smartphones. The truth is that the capacity is very, very poor. The good thing is that we can install an M.2 SSD of up to 5 TB.
Regarding connectivity, it has a HDMI 2.0 and a DisplayPot 1.2. Additionally, it has three USB 3.0 ports, an Ethernet port and a USB-C port compatible with DisplayPort 1.4. It offers us support for WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0.
From our point of view, it is a very expensive system with an absurdly low storage capacity. This system is not recommended.
Beelink 5560U
The previous model, within the price range that we bring you, is the worst possible option, without a doubt. From our point of view, this Beelink gives a thousand turns in all aspects and costs less than 100 euros more. Does it make up for this price difference? Well, you’ll see how yes.
First, the processor, which in this case is the AMD Ryzen 5 5560U APU. We are talking about a processor 6 cores and 12 threads which works at a base frequency of 2.1 GHz and reaches 4.0 GHz in Boost mode. This processor integrates a discrete AMD Radeon Vega 7 @ 1800 MHz graphics card, which will allow us to play games like CSGO, Fortnite and the like smoothly.
One of the points that we liked the most is that it has 16GB of DDR4 RAM in a 2×8 GB configuration, so the Dual Channel is active. In addition, we are told that the RAM memories are from Crucial, a trademark of one of the largest manufacturers of memory chips, such as Micron. Regarding storage capacity, it has a 512GB M.2 PCIe 3.0 SSD capacity.
Regarding connectivity, it has two usb3.0two HDMI and an Ethernet port at the rear. On the other hand, on the front it has two USB 3.1 and a USB Type-C that is compatible with DisplayPort. In addition, it has support for WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2.
From our point of view, it is a brutal option that more than meets the minimum required today and that offers us the possibility of playing.
NiPoGi Mini PC 3750H
As a last option we leave you a Mini PC similar to the previous one, but it has several changes that we will see. This NiPoGi system doesn’t have as modern a processor, but it’s still a great processor. It can become a great option for a work computer and casual gaming, for example.
This system is based on the processor AMD Ryzen 7 3750H, which is a few years old now. This processor has 4 cores and 8 threads working at a base frequency of 2.3 GHz and reaches 4.0 GHz in Boost mode. This processor integrates a simple RX Vega 10 graphics with which we can play any game like Dota 2, LoL, CSGO, PUBG, etc.
One of the points that we liked the most is that it has 16GB of DDR4 RAM in a 2×8 GB configuration, so the Dual Channel is active. Regarding storage capacity, it has a 512GB SSD capacity.
Let’s go with connectivity, counting this system with a HDMI 2.0 and a display port, in addition to a USB-C compatible with DisplayPort. It also has two USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0 ports on the back, plus one USB 3.0 on the front. It also has an Ethernet port and support for WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 4.2.
The truth is that it is a little more expensive than the previous model and for benefits, it is not interesting, since it is worse on a technical level than the Beelink.
