They launch a pay-per-use Internet service, through fiber, for tourist homes

The Spanish Federation of Tourist Housing Associations, FEVITUR, have signed a collaboration agreement with Yuuju, to implement a pay-per-use Internet service through fiber for tourist homes. This is an important improvement for the sector as it will allow customers to be offered a previously non-existent feature of connectivity with prices adjusted to the actual use they make of the network.

The company is the first telecommunications provider that allows pay per use in Europe and Spain, and its service is aimed at managers of tourist homes and owners of holiday apartments, as well as second homes.

With this agreement, users are offered flexible solutions that allow them to have a maximum connectivity, adjusting to the needs of users without permanence or additional costs. In addition, it gives the possibility of activating or deactivating the line when desired, which is an added value for both managers and tourists.

In this line, Marcelo Amoedo, CEO and founder of Yuuju, has recognized that “we are the only provider that allows the user to pay for their real consumption and manage their account in a simple, transparent and autonomous way because you can configure each line as best suits you; just for days or for full months. It allows you to take control at all times and configure your lines from any device”.

For his part, Miguel Ángel Sotillos, president of FEVITUR, has assured that “is very good news that managers and clients of tourist homes can have customized Internet access in the 21st century”.

How does Yuuju work?

Yuuju makes available to its clients a platform from which they can autonomously and agilely manage the service of your fiber line. By accessing this application, the user can choose their service model, connection speed, activate, modify or suspend internet with one click and only pay for the time of use. In this way, you can pay from €2 per day to €29.90 per month, or leave the line on hold for just €11.90 per month until you need the service again.

With this collaboration, housing management companies, real estate companies, reservation platforms or rental portals have a connection between systems via API, facilitating the management of online telecommunications services.
