Precisely below we want to talk about all this and how you can get this bonus that we mentioned in the different autonomous communities. There is no doubt that this can be of enormous help when it comes to renting a new home or saving on the current one. Actually, it is the so-called Youth Rental Bonus focused on all those who have a home or room for rent. In addition, the aid is to be directed, as expected, to those young people with limited financial means who want to enjoy these elements to live.
Requirements to obtain the 250 euros for the rent
It must be taken into account that the amount of the aid will be 250 euros per month. In the event that two or more young people live together in the same dwelling, in no case may the sum of the aid received exceed the amount of the rental income. If the aid in the same dwelling exceeds 100% of the price, the amount of the aid for all the beneficiaries will be reduced in the corresponding proportion.
In addition, to be beneficiaries of all this, we must be in the age range between 18 and 35 years. We must bear in mind that this aid is 6,000 euros rdivided into 24 monthly installments of 250 euros each. Other requirements that we must meet in order to access this rental assistance bonus are these:
- It is mandatory to be Spanish citizen or from other countries as long as you have legal residence in Spain.
- This bonus aid will be used only to pay the amount of the rent.
- The maximum price of the rented house must be 600 euros, 300 in the case of rooms. These amounts may be higher in some cases, and may reach up to 900 euros or up to 450 for renting a room.
- You cannot have annual income that exceeds 24,318.84 euros.
- Large families or People with disabilities they can opt for the bonus, even if they exceed the income established before.
- Both housing and room rentals must have legal contract and be the habitual residence of the applicant.

The application process is very similar in the different autonomous communities of our country, all in a telematics. However, the main difference between each of them is the end date until which we can make the request as such and that we will have to access the official website of that community.
