Samsung has presented the new version of its best seller, and no, we are not talking about the Galaxy S23, but about the practical and versatile Galaxy A14 5G. The Galaxy A range usually achieves many sales throughout the year thanks to great price and great featuresso surely there are many users waiting to know everything new that comes with this latest version.
New Galaxy A14 5G
As is normal, aesthetically we are not going to find great displays of originality, but broadly speaking we are facing a fresh and not overdone design that fits perfectly in young and not so young profiles. It is on its back where it attracts the most attention with its colors and its three cameras placed vertically.
These cameras offer sensors of 50 megapixels (major)2 megapixels (macro) and another of 2 megapixels (depth), being a fairly complete set that will give users a lot of creative freedom. The front camera is 13 megapixelsmore than enough to immortalize the moments in first person.
The cheapest 5G
Samsung’s idea is to offer a very cheap 5G phone. In fact, it will become the cheapest 5G terminal in the company’s catalogue, although it will not be globally compared to other brands. Not at least with its starting price, since Xiaomi has extremely cheap models with 5G connectivity support.
In any case, they have not communicated anything regarding the official price, so we cannot draw conclusions, however, knowing the range, we imagine that the starting price will be around 230 euros, for a few months later it will end up going down to 199 euros as is usually the case in this range.
Very complete and with Samsung warranty
The Galaxy A14 5G arrives specially equipped, since its 6.6-inch screen has Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz with which to offer greater fluidity when scrolling through menus and navigating between icons.
The phone will be available at two versions with 64 GB and 128 GB, including 4 and 6 GB of RAM respectively. It also includes a microSD card slot with which to expand the internal memory up to 1 TB. As for the battery, 5,000 mAh promises to reach 3 days of use with the adaptive energy saving mode, although we imagine that it will be quite difficult to reach such a figure, so we will have to make use of its 15W fast charge.
When can it be purchased?
Samsung has announced that the Galaxy A14 5G will be available in Spain in the coming months, although at the moment they have not specified exactly when it will arrive in stores, so we will have to wait for them to communicate the exact launch date.
