Thanks to these solutions, the company has alleviated the administrative burden originated in the management of supplier invoices, and facilitated access to information. The digitization of these processes has allowed the company from Alicante to optimize the control and flow of communication in the management and billing tasks.
The company was faced with a volume of printed documents that made their work difficult and slow, leading to errors and loss. In addition, it was complex to calculate the amount of work that was derived from the billing processes by relying on an estimate that was not based on data.
Document management, epicenter of digitization
The implementation of the document management software, Canon’s Therefore, allowed Neumáticos Soledad to get rid of the physical file, digitize the invoices and make them more accessible.
