@marcfranks 7, a user of the social network TikTok, will never let his 4-year-old nephew play with his smartphone again. As reported by our colleagues from Phone Arena, the child managed to get his hands on his parents’ phone. Rather than play a video game or take pictures, he decided to place an order on the Uber Eats app.

Unbeknownst to his parents, the child spent a monstrous order at Starbucks. Visibly hungry, the young boy ordered 8 egg bites, four iced caramel venti macchiatos, four large iced coffees, three large hot coffees and cakes.

He didn’t stop there. The child also ordered donuts from Dunkin’ Donuts. Finally, in a show of generosity, he left a generous tip of 32 dollars (approximately 29 euros) to the Uber Eats delivery person in charge of bringing his order. In total, the toddler has spent over $100 through his parents’ credit card. They discovered a mountain of food deposited in front of their door on their return.

Despite the amount spent by the rascal, the parents did not find the heart to blame him. “We just thought it was funny, he didn’t get punished, we just asked not to do it again”, explains the Internet user behind this funny story. He specifies “I can’t tell you how difficult it was to explain to him why he shouldn’t do this. Meanwhile, he was stuffing his face with a blue cake”.

It regularly happens thata child overspends with their parents’ smartphone or tablet. Last year, we brought you the story of a 6-year-old child who spent $16,000 on the App Store without his parents knowing. Addicted to the game Sonic Forces, he bought thousands of upgrades with his mother’s account. In the same vein, one will remember that a child managed to seize the Twitter account of the American command of the nuclear weapons.
