Uber Explore is now available across Europe. This is a new service through which users can check information on leisure activities and free timereserve restaurants and buy tickets to musicals, concerts, shows and experiences.

With the arrival of Uber Explore in Europe, and after the launch of Uber Travel in the US and UKthe company takes another step towards its goal of becoming the world reference app in leisure and tourism and a key tool for planning leisure and entertainment activities for its 115 million users in more than 70 countries. In fact, 30% of Uber users are not looking for a specific address when requesting their transport, but the name of a place, such as a restaurant, bar, museum, shops or tourist attractions.
Madrid has been chosen as the first European city to have the Uber Explore service, until now only available in beta in the United States and Mexico City. The Spanish capital stands out as one of the cities that has recovered its demand levels the fastest after the global pandemic.

The Uber app is available at iOS, Android and Windows Mobile. To travel with Uber, the user only has to download the application, create an account and add the payment method.
