Attention Ubisoft fans: the French game developer and publisher has just announced the closure of online servers for dozens of games. all in all, 91 titles lost support for network connected modes on at least one of their platforms.
Most games that lost online support were older — from the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 era. Still, some titles (like Toy Soldiers: War Chest and Just Dance 2015) on the list were released for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and could be played in next-gen video games via backwards compatibility.

The good news is that the offline parts of the games will not be affected by the measure. On the other hand, the end of online mode will also disable in-game news, statistics, as well as maps, skins and Units and Challenges that used Ubisoft Connect. Sad? Sad.
