By surprise we found a new iOS and iPadOS updates, specifically the 15.3.1. We remember that versions 15.3 of these systems were released only two weeks ago and that 15.4 is in beta. This intermediate version is released for security reasons and to correct some detected problems, as can be confirmed in the update note itself.
