The Velodyne Impact X series consists of two models: Impact X 10 and Impact X 12. Both incorporate a compact MDF box with 20 mm thickness and available in white or black finishes, which complements a modern interior design. The manufacturer has sought to offer a great music and home theater experience through a venue that is as small as possible, but that includes 10 and 12 inch drivers completely redesigned. Both models feature a high-efficiency Class-D amplifier, along with leading Velodyne Acoustics technologies to minimize distortion and enable increased bass performance.

As we mentioned, both subwoofers combine the main technologies of Velodyne Acoustics in a compact enclosure with total control of the bass. They are equipped with a 10 or 12-inch driver, depending on the model, combined with a bottom bass reflex port.

The Velodyne Impact X 10 equip a 10 inch driver high-excursion double-ventilated, reinforced paper membrane, with a Class D amplifier offering 250W RMS and up to 500W peak. It has a frequency response of 32 to 180 Hz (±3 dB) and a low pass crossover of 50 Hz to 180 Hz (12 dB/Octave).
