Visma acquires Woffu and gains weight in Spain

The company specializing in time optimization and time control software has signed an agreement to be acquired by Visma. Woffu is the third acquisition of the Norwegian company in Spain, after those of Holded and Declaring.

Based in Barcelona, ​​Woffu was founded in 2015 by Miguel Fresneda and Victor Perez, and currently has 55 employees and nearly 1,500 customers. A total of 130,000 employees use the Woffu solution to optimize their time, request vacations, manage absences and comply with time control regulations.

The union with Visma brings a number of benefits that will allow Woffu to focus on the growing needs of its customers. Woffu will maintain his leadership and culture benefiting from its international network, its experience and its complementary products.
