Microsoft Teams is one of the collaborative work platforms most important of the moment, and it is also one of the ones that has received the most improvements so far this year. This is due to the strategy that the Redmond giant has been adopting, which has not hesitated to release regular updates with which it has reinforced the security, stability and performance of said platform, and has also introduced new functions.

To celebrate the beginning of November, the company has published a complete listing with all the improvements that came to Microsoft Teams during the month of October. The list is quite extensive and allows us to see that Microsoft has not limited itself to specific aspects, but has chosen to improve said platform on very diverse fronts.

In this sense, one of the most important are the improvements you’ve made to meetings, as organizers can now assign “seats” to participants in “together” mode. We can also display meeting content in a separate window, and companion mode for Teams Mobile, which is rolling out to Android, allows for a streamlined management experience through access to meeting controls directly in the app.

Microsoft Teams has also received important news in the call function. Now we can see a more detailed history with recordings and transcripts, we can create and edit groups of contacts for calls and greatly improved both chat and collaboration between workers. Other important changes that are worth noting are the simplification of the user experience in the application, improvements in «analytics» and the possibility of saving, printing and transferring approvals in PDF format.
