The instant messaging application WhatsApp in its professional and business version, Business, will bring with it, in the coming weeks, important news for users of the service.
WhatsApp Business is a product that operates in a similar way to WhatsApp, with the difference that users can advertise their products and services, through the app iOS and Android.
What news will come to WhatsApp Business?
One of the most requested functions has been the option to give a rating to the products, services and even messages that users receive. Now, it will be possible thanks to a message rating system based on stars (from 1 to 5).
According to the reports of the WABetaInfo portal, the app is already testing on Android this new function, which would officially arrive in the next few weeks.
It is important to note that it will be exclusive to WhatsApp Business. This means that we can only rate those messages that we receive from a company or business.
Once we receive this message from a professional account, we just have to press and hold said message. The usual options will appear: ” Copy ”, ” Report ” and … ” Rate ”. – Hobby consoles
When a user decides to send a rating, a new tab will open in which it will be detailed that said rating feedback will remain anonymous, and will be used only for the purpose of improving the quality of the service of the company or business in question.
A rating of 5 stars indicates that the user was completely satisfied with the care, product or service, while a single star indicates that the user was dissatisfied.
This update may not be entirely attractive to ordinary users, however, the feedback for companies could serve as a tool to improve their services, products and customer service.
