The standard Xiaomi 13 has 8 GB of RAM and the 13 Pro has 12 GB of RAM.

The characteristics of the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro

The Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro have the same SoC, namely the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the latest high-end chip from Qualcomm. It is supported by 8/256 of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for the standard version and 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for the Pro version. This aspect aside, the two models are quite different. Starting with their format: the standard version has an AMOLED screen of 6.36 inches in Full HD+ definition (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro as far as it is concerned has an AMOLED LTPO 3.0 display of 6.73 inches in 3200 x 1440 pixel definition with a variable refresh rate ranging from 1 to 120 Hz. Both screens are brighter than ever with a maximum brightness of 1900 nits. They are also HDR10, HDR 10+, Dolby Vision and HLG compatible.

For the photo part, the Xiaomi 13 Pro has three 50 MP sensors (wide-angle, ultra-wide-angle and telephoto). The main sensor is a 1 inch giant Sony IMX989 f/1.9 which is more efficient in low light conditions as we saw during our test of the Xiaomi 13 Pro. The telephoto lens as far as it is concerned is capable of3.2X optical zoom.

The Xiaomi 13 as far as it is concerned has a different photo configuration. It is still a triple sensor, but this time composed of a Sony IMX766 1″ 50 MP main lens supported by an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2 MP macro. We finally come to the battery + fast charge part.

The Xiaomi 13 has a battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh compatible with wired fast charging 67W (0 to 100% in 38 minutes). The Pro model has a battery of 4820mAh with a quick charge of 120 W (0 to 100% in 20 minutes). By default, it charges in 30 minutes, but it is possible to activate an option for charging at maximum power.
