Via the May 2022 update, Microsoft has already significantly improved this compatibility with the Google OS, in particular by integrating the standby mode for Android apps, or even a taskbar dedicated to apps.

Microsoft continued its efforts with the July 2022 update dedicated to Windows 11. Indeed, this patch brings the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) to version 2205.40000.14.0. Thus, WAS now benefits fromadvanced network support that allows applications to access local devices for ARM hardware.
