Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory recently acquired, Level Programs, a provider of professional management software for legal practice in Spain.
Level Programs will become part of the Legal Software business of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory in Europe, which includes the software, Kleos, for law firms and Legisway for corporate legal departments. The main product of Level Programs is Kmaleona software platform used by medium-sized law firms and solicitors in Spain to efficiently manage their files and documents, billing, accounting and time control, among other functions.
