Xiaomi 12T offers performance and quality with the photographic experience

Xiaomi 12T is the new series of smartphones from the well-known brand of Chinese origin oriented to the photographic experience and performance. The photographic experience is clearly reinforced if we look at the rear camera configurations of the devices.

Since the Xiaomi 12T series stands out for its rear camera configurations, why not start there? The standard model It has a triple configuration with a main of 108 megapixel resolution, f/1.7 aperture, optical image stabilization (OIS) and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF); a wide angle of 8 megapixels and aperture f / 2.2; a 2-megapixel macro camera with f/2.4 aperture; HDR; dual-LED flash; plus support for recording at 4K at 30fps or 1080p at 60fps. On the front there is a 20MP with HDR and capable of recording video at 1080p and 60fps.

For his part, the Xiaomi 12T Pro It has a triple camera setup on its back with a main one of 200 megapixels, f/1.7 aperture, optical image stabilization (OIS) and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF); a wide angle of 8 megapixels and aperture f / 2.2; a 2-megapixel macro camera with f/2.4 aperture; HDR; dual-LED flash; plus support for recording at 8K at 24fps or 4K at 60fps. On the front there is a 20MP with HDR and capable of recording video at 1080p and 30fps.

The Xiaomi 12T series has a screen 6.67-inch AMOLED with native resolution of 1220 × 2712 pixelsaspect ratio of 20: 9, which works at 120Hz and is protected with Gorilla Glass 5. Of course, in the Pro model it exclusively adds support for Dolby Vision.

Delving into the internal components, the model Xiaomi 12T standard includes a MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra SoC with Mali-G610 MC6 graphics, while the Pro has a Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with Adreno 730 graphics accelerator.

As for memory, the standard model is served with 8GB of RAM along with 128 or 256 gigabytes of storage. The Xiaomi 12T Pro adds to the two mentioned combinations another one made up of 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage for data.

At the connection level, the standard Xiaomi 12T has Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, infrared, USB Type-C and fingerprint reader. The Pro model replaces the Bluetooth interface with version 5.2 of it. The battery, lithium polymer and 5,000mAh for the series, supports fast charging at 120 watts to reach 100% in just 19 minutes.

The Xiaomi 12T series is scheduled to hit the market on October 12, 2022. The standard model will have a reference price of 599 euros, while the Pro will cost 749 euros.
