On this one, we learned that the Chinese manufacturer was going to participate in the Mobile World Congress 2023 show in Barcelona from from February 27 until March 2. We suspected that Xiaomi would take the opportunity to launch new high-end smartphones, the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro.
The news has finally been confirmed by Xiaomi, which has started inviting the press to the event. The company writes “ we’ll share our vision for 2023 and beyond, and how we plan to innovate and better connect people “. On the program of the conference, we should above all hear a lot about the recent partnership with the German company Leicaspecialized in photography, with which the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro were designed.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will not appear at MWC 2023
If we will find the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro at the end of February in Europe, more than two months after their release in China, the two smartphones should be the only ones to be presented at this event. An external source confirmed to us thatno Xiaomi 13 Ultra should be presented during MWC 2023.
We’ve known for several months now that the high-end smartphone would launch at the end of Q1 2023, not February. Several reports had announced that Xiaomi wanted to give the Xiaomi 13 Pro some time to win over fansbefore launching an even more interesting device that will steal the show.
We will therefore have to wait for another event at the end of March or the beginning of April to discover the device, the technical sheet of which is now almost entirely known.
