For €40 you can also find models that we could even say are good, but either only work by cable or only by Wi-Fi.
As you can see, if you want to use PLC devices to improve the Internet connection and have a good speed, stability and that there are no problems connecting many devices, you are going to have to make an investment of, at least €60. If you want a version with more ports or certain added features, such as having an integrated power connector, you will have to go for €80-100 at least.
Are PLC devices better than alternatives like Wi-Fi repeaters? The truth is that it will depend on the situation of each one. If what you are looking for is to take the connection to a place in the house that is further away, it is undoubtedly a very good option. However, you should always choose good PLCs.
