The Simply NUC Cypress is presented as a mini PC with a design inspired by Intel’s NUC series, although with the particularity that this model uses a chip AMD Ryzen V2000 Embedded, a solution that has a CPU and a GPU integrated in the same package.
Externally, the Simply NUC Cypress has a discreet finish and a simple line, without any stridency, which makes it an option capable of adapting without problems to any professional setting. Regarding its size, it is very compact, since it only measures 11.6 x 11.17 x 5 cm, which means that it hardly takes up space.
In its base configuration, the Simply NUC Cypress has a Ryzen V2516 Embedded chip, it has 4 GB RAM memory and comes with a unit of 128GB storage. This chip uses a CPU of 6 cores and 12 threads running at 2.1 GHz-, 395 GHz, normal and turbo mode, and has a Radeon Vega GPU that adds 6 CUs, which is equivalent to 384 shaders. It’s a powerful enough configuration for an integrated, low-power solution.
It comes without an operating system, but We can ask you to pre-install Ubuntu (Linux) at no cost. We can also pay separately the cost of a pre-installation of Windows 10 in any of its versions. For the rest, the Simply NUC Cypress supports 64 GB of 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM, comes with two M.2 2280 slots to use SSD drives, mounts an Intel AX600 wireless network card that offers Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, and has a very complete set of connectors:
- 2 x HDMI 2.1 (up to 4K and 120Hz).

- 1 x USB 3.2 Type-A.
- 1 x USB 2.0 Type-A.
- 2.5 Gbps Ethernet.
The base price of this equipment is 540 euros, although we can opt for more powerful configurations if we are going to need more performance. The version with the Ryzen V2748 Embedded chip has a starting price of 665 euros.
