With a tweet chirped a few hours ago, and following the announcement of the return of the game on the PS Store (despite Sony’s perplexities), CD Projekt RED announced that it has made the Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.23, which introduces numerous improvements and changes for the troubled sci-fi title.
Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.23 available for download
The patch, already available for download on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One is Google Stadia, plus the various next-gen consoles still via backward compatibility mode, contains dozens and dozens of fixes that solve part of the bugs still present in Cyberpunk 2077 (many, unfortunately, still remain unsolved).

Among the reported fixes we find the resolution of bugs related to the game’s secondary missions, better memory management and a significant reduction in the frequency in which the title can crash on particular occasions.
The software house also reports an improvement in the CPU management on consoles and, thanks to what has just been reported, also a greater variety in the appearance of the NPCs that populate Night City.
Here is the tweet that contains the link to the list of all the improvements made to Cyberpunk 2077 since patch 1.27:
