
Today, Tuesday, December 7, after 10 in the morning (Mexico City time), various users began to report on the network the failure in the Amazon store, minutes later the news broke that other platforms such as Disney Plus , Alexa and even game servers like League of Legends and Valorant were down.
Although, so far Amazon has not issued an official statement in this regard, according to the data collected by the DownDetector portal, where reports of failures in digital platforms are collected, the problems seem to be related to a drop in the services of Amazon Web Services, which would be having problems on the servers, affecting several websites.
Within the affected sites, intermittence is confirmed in Amazon services, including Alexa, Amazon Video and Amazon Music, plus Disney plus, the popular game League of Legends, Valorant and the dating app Tinder, with the United States, Mexico, Canada as the main affected regions, as well as other countries in Asia and Europe.
Through Twitter, many users have taken the moment to share their opinions regarding this situation, including some memes questions and assumptions about what is happening right now.
Companies such as Fondeadora have also confirmed failures in their services as a result of this event.

On its health service dashboard, AWS posted a message at 11:22 am ET that the company is “investigating increased error rates for the AWS Management Console.”
We are experiencing console and API issues in the US-EAST-1 region. We have identified the root cause and are actively working towards recovery. AWS said in the message.
The message, for now, does not detail what is the cause of this problem.
