The company specializing in digital signatures and electronic invoicing, Docuten, has recently presented a report with the important savings, economic and socialwho have obtained during 2021 all its customers thanks to the implementation of its specific solutions.

According to the company, Docuten’s 296 clients managed to obtain about estimated savings in 2021 from more than 30 million euros derived directly from the digitization of processes. This was possible thanks to the more than 10,700,000 documents that were digitized (approximately 20% more than in 2020) both in issuing and receiving invoices and through digital document signature solutions.

In addition -from Docuten- they have minimized the time invested necessary for the digitization of documents and invoices, helping to save its clients in 2021 more than 2 million hours; time that they will have been able to allocate directly to actions that provide them with real added value.

In addition, Cerqueiro does not overlook the excellent corporate reputation held by the companies that join the administrative digitization, combining electronic invoicing and digital signature under the same business proposal, positioning themselves as leading and benchmark companies in the sector. “When a company submits all its documents to digitization, it gains in agility and efficiency, thus standing out among its competitors; which translates into competitiveness and increased turnover”adds Cerqueiro.

In addition, it indicates the more than possible future obligation – due to the project of Law of Creation and Growth of companies– to invoice electronically both companies and freelancers. “Depending on the company’s income – from eight million euros – they will have a year to adapt to this new regulation; while those that bill below that amount will have a term of three years “, since the law is published, Cerqueiro remarks. Through this bill, it is expected that a large number of companies digitize these processes and become more competitive both nationally and internationally.

Companies that decide to implement Docuten’s digital signature and electronic invoice solutions will be able to choose between two options: operate Web way, that is, through the Docuten interface that they will access with their username or password; or perform an integration via API with your systems. “Furthermore, each user will have the technical assistance of an expert who will guide them at all times, offering advice to get the most out of Docuten’s signature and/or invoice digitization service”nuances Cerqueiro.
