5 Alternative Eco-sensitive and Sustainable E-vehicles

Saving the Earth is crucial because there’s no Planet B. If you are a person or an establishment like a hotel or resort where you promote sustainability and clean energy, then read on about these uber-niche e-vehicles. They are smart, fast, driven on electricity, they look futuristic and leave no footprints behind!

1. E-scooter

These have been around for quite some time now. You must have seen these available on hire in big cities around the world. They can be charged and used for commuting a distance of up to 60 kms*, usually going up to a speed of 25 mph. Available in solid tires and air-filled tires with features such as LED back and side lights, varying speed, etc. There’s a variety of options available in e-scooters – Check out Scooter Hut’s E-Glide Ultra Electric Scooter suitable for your everyday long-distance rides.

2. Seated E-scooter

The seated e-scooter is an evolved version of the regular e-scooter. It comes in a sleek design with a curved single seat mounted on the vehicle. Popularly known as the nerd’s scooter! It combines comfort with practicality and you don’t have to stand all the time which just makes it a great ride for long distances. Vivid Velocity 14” Seated Electric Scooter by Scooter Hut is swanky and great for your daily runs to the office and around town.

3. Electric Skateboard

A skateboard which does not require you to drag or push it with your feet because it is battery powered. Some of them are designed with regenerative braking mechanisms which means every time you apply the brakes, the lost energy gets restored. The main features are its excellent quality and durability but the cherry on top is its speed. They are lightweight so can be carried around and maneuvered with ease. Scooter Hut offers two variants in this – Evolve Hadean Bamboo All terrain electric skateboard and Evolve Hadean Carbon All terrain electric skateboard.

4. Hoverboards

They are basically self-balancing scooters, battery operated, come with LED lights, some with Bluetooth features. If you are into adventure and can be good at balancing on hoverboards, then they are a fun option to explore. Some restaurants have their servers use hoverboards while carrying food trays so it shouldn’t be too difficult to ride on with a backpack. Check out super cool looking hoverboards on Scooter Hut in options like Vivid AT 8.5” All-Terrain Hoverboard, Vivid v500 6.5” Transparent shell street Hoverboard and Vivid v500 6.5” Off-road Hoverboard.

5. Unicycle

Now these are the most recent updates in e-vehicles. They are an improvised version of the paddled wheels we have seen acrobats’ cycle in circus shows. A unicycle is not for the heavy riders as they require even more body balancing than hoverboards. The original unicycles came with a saddle to sit on but the electric versions do not have this feature yet. From street performers, jugglers in fete’s and even driven as a hobby, these have come a long way.

Now, there is even a sport that originated from it called the Unicycle Hockey! Trials have been made for Mountain Unicycling which sounds like a total feat. Check out Scooter Hut’s Unicycle in two speed variants – Inmotion V11 Electric Unicycle and Inmotion V10F Electric Unicycle.
