CD PROJEKT RED has published the system requirements for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, the first expansion of the well-known RPG that takes place in a futuristic and dystopian world. Compared to the original title, or at least the launch compilation, we find an increase in this regard, partly due to the fact that PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are not going to be supported, which is normal if we see that the versions of cyberpunk 2077 for those consoles they were a disaster.
The developer has published a very detailed table showing the necessary hardware components for a large number of configurations. When it comes to ray tracing and path tracing, the advantage that NVIDIA still maintains in supporting these features has been implicitly captured by CD PROJEKT RED. Without further ado, we will show the table and the requirements for each situation schematically without mentioning the operating system, since in all cases it is mentioned Windows 10 64-bit.

As we can see, a recent or particularly powerful computer will not be necessary to move Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, although possibly for many the 30 frames per second fall short. On the other hand, everything seems to indicate that CD PROJEKT RED is going to continue working so that the game introduces the latest technologies related to the generation and display of graphics, especially with regard to lighting. Although not mentioned the presence of technologies such as DLSS 3 is taken for grantedmore seeing that the support was introduced in the original title at the beginning of the year.
One question that is up in the air is whether the builds of the expansion for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series will be able to keep up with the Windows PC version.
