GeForce NOW, new games and RTX 3080 for everyone

NVIDIA does not stop in its advances to Make GeForce NOW, Your Cloud Gaming Service, More Interesting Every Day. And if since its launch, still in beta, the service already offered great performance and a catalog of compatible titles of the most complete, there has not been a single month since then in which said catalog has not grown, and in that the performance of your systems has not been maintained or even improved.

The latest and clearest example of this so far we found it in GeForce NOW RTX 3080, the top-of-the-range version of the service, in which thanks to its GeForce Now SuperPod, the world’s most powerful supercomputer for cloud gaming, we will be able to enjoy similar features to those we would have with a high-performance PC with an adapter Next-gen high-end graphic. If you still do not know this version of the service, here we explain everything you need to know about it, and if you want to know even more about its performance, just a few days ago we published a complete test after testing it exhaustively.

Until now, access to GeForce NOW RTX 3080 required pre-listing and waiting long enough to access the service. However, as reported by NVIDIA, from now on that waiting time will no longer be necessaryIf you want to become a user of the service, you can register now and start accessing it immediately, to see for yourself what happens when you select the highest quality and ray tracing settings in the most recent titles.

This service is, without a doubt, a breath of fresh air for all those users who want to enjoy their games with the graphics settings in Ultra mode, but for those who find it impossible (either due to the lack of supply or its high price) Get a high-end, next-generation graphics card. With GeForce NOW’s RTX 3080 mode, that experience is possible, as long as your system meets or exceeds these specifications:

  • 4 GB of RAM.
  • DirectX 11 compatible GPU (GeForce GTX 600 or better, Radeon HD 3000 or better, Intel HD 2000 or better).
  • 35 Mbps Internet connection, stable and with a latency of less than 80 milliseconds.

In exchange, we will get:

  • A high-end instance based on a GeForce RTX 3080.
  • Gaming sessions of up to 8 hours in length.
  • Priority access.
  • Up to 1440p and 120 FPS on PC and Mac.
