Logan Paul assures that his NFT game CyptoZoo is not a scam

Logan Paul has finally broken his silence on Coffeezilla’s “scam” accusations around the NFT CryptoZoo project, saying the YouTuber made “very real mistakes” and legal action is coming.

Logan Paul

YouTube journalist Coffeezilla recently lashed out at Logan Paul, accusing his fellow YouTuber’s CryptoZoo project of being a scam. A series of three videos viewed nearly 20 million times in total claims that Logan Paul fans have been scammed out of millions of dollars in his NFT game.

As a reminder, the Youtubeur interviewed more than a dozen alleged victims of the cryptocurrency game, which was never fully published. Many people had already purchased NFTs, which were supposed to be used to earn money from the game. CryptoZoo is an online game on the Binance Smart Chain launched in 2021 where users purchase “eggs” that hatch into hybrid animals. According to a company blog post, animals could earn holders passive income in the form of the ZOO token.

Logan Paul threatens to sue the YouTuber

A few days after the survey was released, Paul responded with a seven-minute YouTube video, refuting Coffeezilla’s accusations and threatening legal action for not only misinforming the public, but also publicizing a “ illegal registration from his manager, Jeff Levin.

Logan Paul highlighted “fundamental anomalies” in his colleague’s investigations, in particular the lack of coverage of the criminal past of the developer named Zach Kellingwho allegedly “ stole the game code, fled to Switzerland and demanded a million dollars to return the code “.

Paul claimed that Coffeezilla actually knew he was innocent, but was “twisting” the facts and posting the videos anyway. Paul argued that the YouTuber “ published a defamatory article knowing full well that I was innocent “. Either way, Paul intends to hire a lawsuit for the trio of YouTube videos on the Coffeezilla channel.
