Salesforce updates its cloud platform of CRM tools for sales

Just a few hours after Microsoft announced Microsoft Viva Sales, Salesforce has confirmed at its event Salesforce World Tour the updating and simplification of its platform Sales Cloud Platformin which it has included several CRM tools and elements designed to facilitate the work of commercials and other personnel dedicated to sales.

The platform will now have eight new tools and services integrated into the platform, which will have a new unlimited offer and will allow working together with other company applications, such as Slack and Tableau.

Among the new tools that will be integrated into the Sales Cloud Platform is Conversation Insights, which is responsible for analyzing audio and video recordings and offering the commercial transcriptions and information on key words and expressions, as is the case with mentions of the competition. To do this, this tool uses natural language processing technology.

Another novelty is Sales Engagement. Its function is to generate reports and to do so in a clear way. It also allows department and area managers to generate custom workflows and task lists. Salesforce Inbox, also new, works together with the previous ones, and all of them offer a unified sales experience focused on reducing and eliminating confusion and improving and enhancing common points and themes with customers.

The rest of the novelties incorporate Artificial Intelligence and come from Sales Cloud Einstein. They are Automated Contacts, Lead Scoring, Forecasting, Opportunity Scoring, Recommended Connections, Email insights, Pipeline Inspection, and Einstein Conversation Insights. Its mission is, in essence, the automation of tasks and contacts, obtaining information from various sources, generating forecasts and recommending possible clients and connections.
