The French Dispatch: online the new Italian trailer of the film by Wes Anderson

More than a year after the debut in the original language of the first trailer of the new film by Wes Anderson, the new has arrived on the net in these hours Italian trailer of The French Dispatch.

The film was presented yesterday, as a world premiere, in competition at the 74th edition of the Cannes Film Festival, while it will arrive only on 11 November in Italian cinemas.

The French Dispatch gives life to a collection of articles from the final issue of an American magazine published in a fictional twentieth-century French city.

The French Dispatch is the European edition of the Evening Sun in Liberty, Kansas – a weekly account of facts at the level of global politics, arts (high or popular), fashion, cuisine, wine, and stories of various humanity from distant places.

When the editor dies, the editorial staff decides to publish a last memorial edition highlighting the three best stories published in the ten-year life of the magazine. The stories center on an artist sentenced to life in prison for a double homicide, student riots and a kidnapping solved by a chef.

The film stars a stellar cast consisting of Benicio del Toro, Adrien Brody, Tilda Swinton, Léa Seydoux, Frances McDormand, Timothée Chalamet, Lyna Khoudri, Jeffrey Wright, Mathieu Amalric, Stephen Park, Bill Murray is Owen Wilson.

The cast of the film also includes Liev Schreiber, Elisabeth Moss, Edward Norton, Willem Dafoe, Lois Smith, Saoirse Ronan, Christoph Waltz, Cécile de France, Guillaume Gallienne, Jason Schwartzman, Tony Revolori, Rupert Friend, Henry Winkler, Bob Balaban is Hippolyte Girardot.

The French Dispatch is directed by Wes Anderson, who also wrote the script based on a story by Anderson & Roman Coppola & Hugo Guinness & Jason Schwartzman.
