Ubisoft gives away Anno 1404 History Edition for this week only

Continuing with the celebration of its 35th anniversary, it seems that Ubisoft was still having some tricks up its sleeve to close the year in style. And is that the company is now giving away Anno 1404 History Edition, available through the anniversary portal or using the Ubisoft Connect client on PC.

Available for redemption for a limited time, from today until December 14, this game will have a fully owned character, which means that we can keep it forever in our library once claimed.

Claiming the game is a fairly simple process: the first thing to do is go to the Ubisoft promotion website. Once on the page, we will only have to click on the “Ubisoft Connect PC” button located at the bottom of the message, sign in with our Ubisoft account (or create one if we don’t have one yet). After this, the game will be automatically added to our library.

About Anno 1404 History Edition

Originally released by Blue Byte in 2009, we find another installment of this classic saga of city building and resource management games, centered on the time alluded to in its name. There are islands to colonize and establish settlements, factories and farms to establish to cultivate a happy population and many opportunities for diplomacy or war with other states.

In addition, part of the History Edition, this title also includes the Venice expansion, which has cooperative and competitive multiplayer aspects along with various improvements to make the title run smoothly on the most modern systems.
