A few days ago, the business management solutions company, Cegid, signed an agreement with Payflow, Spanish fintech specialized in salary a la carte. This synergy between the two companies aims to provide Cegid customers with the wage-on-demand solution.

In this way, companies that are using Cegid Peoplenet will be able to offer a new benefit to their employees, allowing them to request their salary in real time through the Paycheck Now solution, privately, quickly and free of charge through the mobile application. . For the HR department, this agreement also offers advantages, since this solution allows to automate processes (due to native integration) and reduce the administrative burden.

This “à la carte” payroll solution allows workers not having to wait for the end of the month to access your payroll, being able to collect an amount proportional to the days already worked. Having flexibility in the collection of payroll allows them to achieve greater financial freedom and liquidity to meet any need that arises during the month, thus avoiding financial difficulties.
