We will also begin to see Dynamic access policies with attribute-based access control (ABAC). ABAC works by taking advantage of tags to dynamically determine access permissions. This can allow for more scalable and reusable policies. They can also simplify administration and improve segregation of permissions. However, it should be noted that many cloud service providers have not yet implemented this new strategy, and it is expected that throughout this year it will become more and more common.
