In this way we only have to upload our personal folders and files to the firm’s servers so that they are saved.

With everything and with it in these same lines we want to talk about a tool integrated into the platform that we should make more use of. And it is that as a general rule when we open a session in our remote space, we simply consult the contents stored here. To begin with, we will tell you that in order to access this function that we are commenting on, in the first place, we only have to mark the content in question. Next, we click on the circle-shaped icon that contains an i located in the upper right corner of the window. At that moment, in the same, a new panel will open with certain additional information depending on the marked content. This panel will allow us, for example, to have a document preview if it is compatible.
In the same way we will be able to see first hand if that folder or file is shared with other users. But that is not all, but we will also have the possibility of view comments that others have left about that particular content. Likewise, from here we can disable the option to add those comments, as well as see their size, Location, creation date or of modification.
