Razer took advantage of CES in Las Vegas to present its two new laptops: the Blade 16 and Blade 18. As usual, the brand wants to bet on ultra-portability, design, but also power. The advantage of its Blade 2023? Their mini-led screen.
Razer continues its merry way in the world of portable PCs with two new products: the Blade 16 and Blade 18. Presented at the CES show in Las Vegas, these products are in line with the previous ones: expensive, high-performance PCs that rely on their design.
the Blade 16 is, as its name suggests, a 16-inch computer. You don’t change a winning team, since Razer keeps this very sober, very thin black chassis, with a simple logo on the back cover and speakers distributed on the side of the keyboard.
The Razer Blade 16 and 18 focus on performance
The Razer Blade 16 has a mini-led display 16-inch HDR compatible. The brand promises a brightness of up to 1000 nits, which is ideal for gaming in all situations. The user will have the choice between a UDH + panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz or a 240 Hz panel but in FullHD +.

As to Razer Blade 18, he wants to highlight his huge 18-inch screen. Also mini-led, it adopts a QHD + definition with a refresh rate of 240 Hz. Razer’s assumed goal is to offer a portable laptop that can also replace a tower.
Both products are equipped with a processor Intel Core i9 HX 13e generation, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 40XX graphics card (model not specified) and DDR 5600MHz RAM at the buyer’s discretion.
The Razer Blade 16 will be available in the first quarter of 2023 at a starting price set at $2,699. The Blade 18 will be sold on the same date from $2,899. Beautiful computers on paper, but it will be necessary to check their assets in test. Razer PCs have always had a weak point: heat and noise management. Hopefully this generation fixes those issues.
