Brother helps Natura to reduce costs and improve

Natura is a brand dedicated to fashion that has been in the sector for more than 20 years, and which has relied on Brother to shape its printing environment, and to automate the management of the consumables it needs in its daily work. In total, the company has installed 57 Brother MFC-L2710DW Multifunction Printers in stores located in Portugal.

As we have indicated, the management of consumables was previously carried out almost completely autonomously, which in the end represented a major challenge not only in everything related to cost control and recycling, but also in the management of the stock of consumables itself to avoid serious interruptions due to its depletion.

By opting for Brother’s cloud-based Managed Print Services, Natura can monitor the entire fleet of printers and enjoy the automatic delivery of consumables. This has allowed him increase the productivity of your employeessince they have been relieved of an important workload that they had to face frequently to control the consumables, and that could take up a lot of their time.

Automatic consumables management for machines connected to the Brother cloud platform detects when the toner and/or drum is about to run out, and automatically sends replacement consumables to the store address, without the need for the intervention of the IT department or other Natura employees. In addition, the tool allows, in a simple and centralized way, to be in permanent contact with the equipment, even when they are connected locally and not on the network. In this way, IT managers can control its operation remotely, thus optimizing and controlling printing costs.

“With the implementation of Brother’s cloud-based Managed Print Services contract, we can have an optimized and automated solution, with controlled costs, in which equipment and consumables are automatically monitored, without intervention on our part. In this way, we have increased the productivity and satisfaction of our employees and, in addition to reducing the costs of managing our fleet of equipment, we have also reduced our environmental footprint by recycling all used consumables.”
