The company specialized in financing R+D+i projects through Technological Patronage, flow ratehas incorporated Asuncion Martin Sobrino as the new CEO.
Asunción Martín will replace as head of the general management Manuel Garcia-Sañudo, who will continue as a member of the Kaudal council. García-Sañudo is also CEO of ARQUIMEA, a Spanish technology company and parent company to which Kaudal belongs.
Asuncion is Bachelor of Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Business Tax Consulting from the Instituto de Empresa. Her professional career has been linked for more than 25 years to the consulting firm PwC, where she completed the Executive Development Program at ESADE and has held the position of partner at Tax & Legal.
With his arrival, Martín Sobrino makes available to Kaudal his extensive experience and knowledge in the field of taxation in general and the Technological Patronage in particular, a financing channel based on tax incentives applicable to R+D+i. His incorporation comes to enhance the growth of the company and its new projects, with the purpose of continuing to promote the Spanish innovative ecosystem and the companies that constitute it.
