
Camerfirma has appointed Mark Jordan new Chief Operating & Delivery Officer of the company. From his position, he will work on monitoring and improving operational and delivery processes, in order to guarantee the success of the commercial strategies.
Likewise, he will be responsible for the implementation and development of tools that enhance the growth and profitability of the business, as well as the construction of a marketing strategy. customer success.
Its functions include the control and management of service KPIs and the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions that facilitate strategic decision making within the company. His analytical capacity and proven experience in data collection and management allow him to play the role of data strategist, implementing procedures that give him an advantage over competitors.
Along the same lines, he will be in charge of automating processes and integrating the company’s management systems: ITSM, ERP, CRM, etc. In addition, he will support the strategy and development of verticals and products.

Graduated in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Havana and in constant technical and management training, he has shown from the beginning of his career a great inclination towards the branch of systems engineerinnovation and business.
He began his professional career at the Central Bank of Cuba, working on the first secure payment systems, and continued in this branch of information technology in Spain in leading companies such as Grupo PSA and Inditex.
In recent years, he has led the implementation and growth of trust services in companies such as BBVA, Banco Santander, Mapfre, El Corte Inglés, Seguros Santa Lucía and FREMAP. Being close to the client in its digital transformation projects, as well as working for their satisfaction and loyalty, has become one of its fundamental pillars. He is passionate about Big Data and Business Intelligence, of which he recognizes its important value in making strategic decisions, as well as in the management and efficient delivery of the service.
