Netflix partners with Sonia Friedman Productions to produce the play Stranger Things: The First Shadowwho is ” rooted in mythology from the hit series Stranger Things and which will have its world premiere at the Phoenix Theater in the West End of London November 17 and will continue until next August.
The Stranger Play Things is set in Hawkins, Indiana, circa 1959, and tells the story of Jim Hopper, Joyce Maldonado, Bob Newby and Henry Creel. She will then tell how it all started, and it turns out that this information will be crucial in understanding how the story could end.

If Stranger Things: The First Shadow is strongly tied to Stranger Things Season 5, it suggests that Hopper and Joyce will have a major role to play when the series ends. The First Shadow may well tie Hopper and Joyce’s past to Vecna ββor the Creel family murdersand provide clues about the end of the series.
