Since its official presentation in 2019, Tesla’s Cybertruck has welcomed many modifications. Admittedly, the design remains unchanged, but the new prototypes of the electric pick-up have taken care of make up for certain shortcomings pointed out by the fans.

As you may know, photos of Cybertruck’s latest model are currently circulating on the web. We have already been able to see the most recent version of the Cybertruck thanks to photos taken on the test track of the Tesla factory in Fremont. This time, we owe the latest shots to the Tesla Owner’s Club forum.

We see the new Cybertruck enthroned in the middle of a room while visitors are busy immortalizing and observing the beast. As said above, these visuals allow us to see the modifications made to the vehicles. We notice for example that the massive wiper is still present. At the latest news, Elon Musk has confirmed on Twitter that this XXL wiper will not be present on the final model.

The side mirrors also answer the call, they who were absent from the original model unveiled in 2019. In addition, we note that the manufacturer has still not decided to equip the Cybertruck with door handles. On the first model, they were indeed present, but they were retractable, which ensured a certain discretion. This time, they have completely disappeared.

How are the doors going to open you ask me? On this point, Elon Musk recently confirmed that the Cybertruck would be able to detect people approaching the car and open the doors automatically. It remains to be seen how this system will work in detail and whether the manufacturer still provides a backup plan to open the door in the event of a system failureā€¦ Like a traditional handle, for example.

Finally, the wheels have also been modified and are now equipped with mudguards that can be installed and removed as desired according to the manufacturer’s statements. As a reminder, Tesla has removed the Cybertruck release date from its official website. Enough to suggest yet another postponement of production towards the end of 2022, or even 2023.
