Fall Guys goes cross-platform and free-to-play
In August 2020, YouTube and Twitch were filled with matches of a frantic game very similar to Takeshi’s Castle (Humor Amarillo) in which dozens of players went through tests full of jumps and ramps, all visually very attractive and full of color. The objective was always to reach the finish line in a limited time or not to be eliminated in each test. With the arrival of epic games, we knew that things were going to change, and so it has been. First, Fall Guys becomes a game free-to-play, as well as a cross-platform title. Players who already owned a copy of Fall Guys purchased from the PlayStation Store or Steam will be able to continue playing without any problems, but new PC players will have to go through Epic Games to download the game.
The new version of the game will be compatible with Nintendo Switch and Xbox consoles. Epic has also guaranteed that both PlayStation 5 and PC users will benefit from the performance increase that the video game has experienced. Of course the crossplay it will be a reality.
New Season 1
Everyone was expecting a new Season 7 of Fall Guys, but Epic Games has announced a reboot now that the game is free and thousands of new players. However, it does not look like we are going to return to the origins, but the counter has been reset so that the new ones do not feel lost.
