ForceManager and Microsoft agree to transform SME sales

The sales CRM of Spanish origin, ForceManager, has announced an integration agreement with the video call platform Microsoft Teamsfor its development they have worked directly with the headquarters from Microsoft. Thanks to the integration in Microsoft Teams, it takes a further step towards the future of the B2B sales market, since, according to a Gartner study, in 2025 80% of interactions will be carried out through digital channels and McKinsey affirms that B2B sellers already prefer to work at 50% both in person and by video call. For this reason, Microsoft Teams this year has exceeded 270 million active users, becoming the internal online communication tool par excellence.

With this join, now ForceManager users will be able to access through Microsoft Teams a personal and smart control panel that will give them immediate access, at a glance on their mobile or computer screen, to resources such as their agenda, commercial activity, previously marked objectives and tasks, appointments with clients, events or most used resources. In addition, video calls with clients will be automatically reported in ForceManager.

The integration will allow ForceManager users to be able to Consult (and even share with colleagues) all relevant data regarding the company’s customers through teams, either through chats or videoconferences. In this way, fluidity and agility are gained in communication within the commercial teams, thus fulfilling what is considered one of the main keys to the digitalization process of companies, “It is not about adding more and more tools, but about simplifying workflows and making them accessible to everyone, not just the big gurus”says Macia.

Also, it should be noted that it is a reciprocal relationship. In other words, Microsoft Teams will also be integrated into the ForceManager solutions, allowing much more organic access to chats, relevant information, calls, notes, boards, plans, appointments, meetings and, of course, video calls.

ForceManager integration with Microsoft Teams is available in both the web and mobile versions. in the mobile version of the CRM solution. Your users just need to add it as an app in Teams, enter their credentials, to have immediate access to both the dashboard smart as to all your sales data.
