In partnership with the College Dunia site, OnLeaks, a well-known informant in the smartphone galaxy, has unveiled 3D renderings showing the design of the Galaxy A23, a new generation of affordable phones. As always, the leaker relied on the manufacturing diagrams of the smartphone to develop the images.

At this stage of production, it is always possible that minor changes will be decreed by Samsung. However, given the impeccable leak history of OnLeaks, we encourage you to trust the information regarding the design of the Galaxy A23, the direct successor to the Galaxy A22, which we tested last year.

Quadruple 50 megapixel photo sensor, 5G, MediaTek Dimensity 700… here is an overview of the technical sheet

Unsurprisingly, the look of the smartphone does not revolutionize the genre. The Galaxy A23 is covered with an approximately 6.55-inch screen topped witha notch in the shape of a drop of water. It is therefore an Infinity V screen. The borders seem slightly curved and as always, the chin, the lower border, is thicker than the others, entry level requires. The brand would bet on an LCD touch screen.

On the back side, there is a quadruple photo sensor. All the lenses are organized in a photo block that in some ways resembles that of the Galaxy S22 Ultra, the firm’s latest top of the range. We can see three sensors arranged vertically on the left side. This set up is completed by a 4th smaller sensor on the right and an LED flash.

OnLeaks also divulges some information on the technical sheet of the device. As previous leaks wanted, Samsung would rely on a 50-megapixel main lens. This lens would be accompanied by an 8-megapixel module, a 2-megapixel sensor and a final 2-megapixel lens. In the notch, the South Korean giant would slip a 13-megapixel selfie sensor.

Note that a jack is visible on the renders. The phone would be powered by the MediaTek Dimension 700, a SoC accompanied by a 5G modem. Samsung would lift the veil on the Galaxy A23 from March 31, 2022. In the process, the firm should announce other entry-level terminals at a bargain price, including the Galaxy A53.
