The battery, liquid damage and replacements
Apple headphones have official technical service from the company. Regardless of whether it is a headset or the charging case itself, we will be able to go through the technical service to solve the problem. Thus, the official service distinguishes three types of damage: battery, lost item and other damage. This last category includes any other type of damage that is not the battery.
