Marta Nogueras was officially appointed, a month ago, general director of Lanzadera, the business accelerator promoted by Juan Roig within the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Business Navy.
Graduated in Business Administration and Management and in Law from the University of Valencia, she joined Lanzadera in 2015 as project manager, where he advised and trained entrepreneurs in the areas of business, finance and international markets. Since May 2022, he has been working as Investment Manager at Angels, Juan Roig’s investment vehicle in Marina de Empresas.
Among the challenges of Nogueras leading this new stage of the accelerator will be exponentially multiplying the support for entrepreneurs with a great focus on the quality of the program and promoting the Marina de Empresas innovation hub strengthening relations with the Valencian entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Marina de Empresas would like to thank the work carried out by Javier Jimenez, who has been linked to the project since the beginning in 2013. Javier, who has developed his professional career at Mercadona since 1992, later joined Lanzadera at the beginning of the project, becoming the main accelerator in Spain, as well as a pole attraction for the open innovation challenges of large corporations.
